SUGARLOAF is a conical shaped sweet tasting OPV cabbage variety. It is a widely adapted variety and can be grown year-round in most horticultural regions of Zimbabwe and southern Africa in general. Sugarloaf leaves can be harvested early during the growing stages, or its head can be harvested later after reaching maturity. SUGARLOAF is most suited for fresh markets.
