Early maturing
Carrot Kuroda is a bright orange, tender, and sweet-flavored variety, classified as an improved Chantenay-type carrot. It features a long, tapered root shape and a strong plant structure. Carrot Kuroda thrives in a wide range of soils, but deeply worked, light soils are ideal for producing long, straight roots. Heavy or stony soils may result in stunted or forked carrots. The use of manure or other organic materials can lead to dense root hair formation.
