Cucumber Madonna (Hybrid)

An early vigorous variety
Resistant to powdery and downy mildews, excellent fruit quality
Suitable for open field and greenhouse productions
Very prolific, high yielding
Hybrid Cucumber Madonna is a short-fruited green cucumber variety with excellent plant vigor, early fruit set, and high yields. It matures 7–10 days earlier than standard OPV varieties like Poinsett and Ashley, producing 50% higher yields. This variety develops fruits at every leaf node, making it an outstanding choice for maximum production. Hybrid Cucumber Madonna is well-suited for both open-field cultivation and indoor greenhouse production. It offers good field resistance to downy and powdery mildew compared to most OPV varieties. The use of cattle manure is highly recommended to enhance yield and crop quality.
